Situation

Novus was the leading independent Content Management Services agency in Asia Pacific, based in Singapore and working across the Asia Pacific region. Novus was already providing Content Management services to, and partnering with, a number of international creative and media networks, all of which were keen to open acquisition discussions with the company

Opportunity

The Founders decided the timing was right to seek a strategic partner to leverage their service offering and business model and take advantage of the fast growing demand for content services across the region. Our firm was appointed to engage with the preferred potential partners to secure the best outcome for the Principals.

Outcome

We secured offers from a number of the potential partners, which were fully assessed on their valuations and qualitative benefits which would be leveraged from the relationship. After a very robust and rewarding negotiation process, the Principals decided to proceed with the Dentsu Aegis Group.
