Case Study: VBA has been acquired by ADK

We are delighted to announce that we advised VietBuzzAd, one of the leading Digital Marketing agencies in Vietnam, on its acquisition by ADK Holdings. This is ADK’s first acquisition since its acquisition by Bain Capital. VietBuzzAd will be part of ADK Connect Network.

VietBuzzAd was established in November 2010 as a digital marketing agency offering online solutions and advertising measurement technology tools for advertisers and agencies. With the Principal’s experience in traditional and digital media, the agency quickly gained traction in the market and expanded ahead of the digital market growth. Hanh Nguyen, the Principal of VietBuzzAd is a leader in Ho Chi Minh City for her digital expertise.

The founder decided that the timing was right to seek a strategic partner to accelerate growth and financial performance. We were appointed to review the company’s strategic options.
